Terms of service
These terms apply to the Buariwa apps and exam server software (“Buariwa”), provided by Preps233, Accra, Ghana (“we”). By installing or using Buariwa, the school or organisation installing it (“the school”) and its users agree to these terms.
1. Using Buariwa
- The school is responsible for its Buariwa server, for creating and managing user accounts, for the exams and content it puts into Buariwa, and for using Buariwa lawfully, including obtaining any consents required for students' data.
- Users must keep their PINs private, use only their own account, and not try to get around exam rules, security measures or other people's permissions.
- Do not use Buariwa to upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use.
2. Content and data
Questions, exams, scripts and marks belong to the school and its users. We do not claim ownership of them. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
3. Google Drive and other services
Features that connect to Google Drive or Cloudflare are optional and are also subject to those providers' own terms. The school is responsible for the Google account it connects.
4. Availability
Buariwa runs on the school's own equipment and network, so its availability depends on them. We work to make Buariwa reliable and to keep scripts safe (for example by saving them on the device, on the server and in Drive), but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Schools should keep their server PC powered, updated and backed up.
5. Pilots, licences and fees
Pilot and licence terms, including any fees, are agreed separately with each school. Where they differ from these terms, the separate agreement applies.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Buariwa is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by the school's equipment, network, accounts or misuse. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending use
The school may stop using Buariwa at any time. We may suspend the directory service for a school that misuses it. The school keeps its data on its own server and Drive.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
